Thank You

To every person who has believed in me, thank you // To every person who has invested in me, thank you // To every adviser, professor, TA, co-worker, and supervisor who has supported me in the good and in the hard academic, work, and personal moments, thank you // To every person who has been my new friend in class or who has asked how I am doing and really listened to an answer, thank you // To every student who has given me feedback and encouragement, thank you // To my mentors who have walked with me throughout different seasons of my Husky Experience, and to the mentors who helped me get to UW in the first place, thank you // To the friends who I have made and who I have kept and who I have lost, thank you // And to the people who have read my portfolio and taken time to see the impact that UW has had on me, thank you.

 

There are so many thank yous I could keep giving, but I will stop here for now. If I have take nothing else from my time as a Husky though, I have learned the power that community and encouragement and gratitude have to transcend even the toughest moments.
